WHAT IS A JAMBOOK?

A 36 page JamBook is the medium for moving groups of people through a 3 hour, largely self-directed, experiential event. This book is in digital format and will be emailed to you after purchase. Teams of 10-15 participants follow the instructions in their Jam Book, to accomplish 25 experiential tasks within a set amount of time. Each team manages organization, time, and the “all important group dynamics.” A number of required activities assure that teams focus on desired outcomes. Assisted by a few supportive JamCrew Members, teams gather points, working both individually and collaboratively with other teams. Important observations and insights regarding “How are we working together?” are built into several activities and driven home during the powerful All Jam debrief at the end. Each Jam includes Word Smart activities (written on wall charts) as an ideal vehicle for gathering information, ideas, and opinions to address specific in-house issues. The written responses are rich, diverse, creative, AND informative!

A Jam Delivery Guide, a 25 page instructional handbook, accompanies each Jam ordered. It tells you everything you need to know to prepare, gather, and deliver a Jam to your own audience.
