These pieces are great to use with groups or individuals. With groups you can use them to talk about the different stages groups go through. (i.e. Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Transforming). Although there are five stages listed here, you can have the group decide which phase they are in relates to the 4 stages of the butterfly.
With individuals you can use them to help decide what issues they are working on match the different stages.
