Back Pocket Leadership Cards

Back Pocket Leadership is a deck of cards featuring a leadership activity on one side and insightful debrief questions on the other. The 32 experiential activities include lessons on character, team building, communication, public speaking, and problem solving.

Back Pocket Leadership is full of learning moments for young people and activities that are simple for teachers and advisors to facilitate. Some of the activities are new, and some are tried and true!

Many teachers and advisors say they don't have enough time in the day to read lessons or get supplies for leadership activities. These cards and activities are designed to make teaching leadership easy, fast, experiential, and educational.

Some ways the cards can be used:
• Choose one card per week and run that activity for your leadership lesson.
• Keep the cards in your"back pocket" and use them when you're in need of a teaching moment.
• As a teacher/advisor, empower your students to run lessons and allow them to pick a card and teach it that week.
